Order 27/03/2025 This appeal has been filed by the appellant against the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3773/2025, whereby, the said writ petition was dismissed.
Brief facts of the case are that the appellant, a government employee, was transferred by the respondents. The appellant challenged the transfer order before the Rajasthan Civil Services
[2025:RJ-JP:14066-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-249/2025] Appellate Tribunal and subsequently before the learned Single Judge of this Court. The Tribunal as well as learned Single Judge dismissed the appeal as well as the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that father of the appellant is suffering from cancer and prays for the impugned or- ders to be quashed and set aside. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the transfer order. The appellant has been transferred from Kekri to Bhilwara, where adequate medical facilities are available. The appellant’s fa- ther is undergoing treatment in Jaipur and the appellant, whether posted at Kekri or Bhilwara, makes no difference as the appellant at the time of his transfer, is not working at Jaipur. The appellant has been transferred due to administrative exigencies, therefore no case is made out for interference, hence the Special Appeal (Writ) is dismissed.
