Mr. Tarun Lakhera, learned counsel for the revisionists. 2. On 14.10.2024, the counsel for the revisionist Mr. Tarun Lakhera apprised the Coordinate Bench that Vinay Chand Kar, the power of attorney holder of the revisionists has already died and the coordinate Bench granted four weeks’ time to take necessary instructions. 3. Today, Mr. Lakhera, learned counsel submits that the revisionist has taken the entire record from him and he has no instruction on this, and, even otherwise, the instant revision was filed through power of attorney holder who is no more. 4. In such view of the matter when the power of attorney holder already died this revision should not be entertained. 5. Accordingly, present revision is dismissed as infructuous. 6.
