Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:19915-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 3238 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ram Samhar Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home And 7 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashutosh Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mohan Singh Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard Shri Ashutosh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. After going through the writ petition and the relief clause we find that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the private opposite parties. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his application for recall of the order dated 28.12.2024 is not being accepted for consideration, whereas, the learned Additional Chief Station Counsel says that the said application is addressed to the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, whereas, the order under Section 30(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Sultanpur, therefore, apparently, the application has not been submitted before the appropriate authority. The petitioner may, if he has a cause and locus standi, approach the concerned authority or Court by way of an application which can be considered. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of. . (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.) Order Date :- 9.4.2025 R.K.P.
