The petitioner claims that while holding the post of Fitter/Helper, he retired from service on 31.01.2025 but entire post retiral dues of the petitioner has not been paid. The petitioner has repeatedly requested to the respondents to ensure payment of entire retiral dues but no payment has been made till date. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the payment shall be made within a very short span of time. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.3 to release the entire retiral dues to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
