It is submitted by learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 25.12.2024, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum.
