GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION 2 HBKM,J W.P.No.9823 of 2020 The Court made the following Order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in interfering with the land of the petitioners for the purpose of granting house sites under Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu Scheme dated -12-2019 issued by the 2nd respondent. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter of the 4th respondent submits that this writ petition was filed by the petitioners apprehending that their lands are being allotted for the house sites, but there is no proposal for acquisition of the subject lands. The lands which are in possession of the petitioners are bounded by barbed wire fencing around the subject lands. The subject land in an extent of Ac.0.32 cents in Sy.No.206/1B and Ac.0.90 cents in Sy.No.206/1A, Jeepalem Village are private patta lands. The purpose of grant of house sites to the eligible persons was already completed in the available DKT lands, the Government lands. There is no necessity of acquiring the subject patta lands and there is no proposal pending for acquisition of the subject lands. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and as the stand taken by the 4th respondent in his counter affidavit as stated supra, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.9823 of 2020 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
