Court No. 13, District - Barabanki to decide the Suit for Permanent Injunction dated 30.09.2023 (Annexure No. 1), vide Regular Suit No. 1164/2023 (Raj Kumari vs. Rajendra Prasad Verma and another). before him since 30.09.2023, at an early date after hearing the parties concerned, in a given time frame fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
