Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 5. Notices to respondent nos. 6 and 7 are dispensed with in view of the proposed order. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of written instructions, which is taken on record, submits that the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that income certificate submitted by the petitioner was not issued within six months from the date of issuance of the advertisement for the post of Aganbadi Karyakatri as required vide the Government Order dated 21.3.2023. He further submits that in case any rejection order has been passed by the respondents, the same shall be provided to the petitioner's counsel within a period of one week. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order by which her candidature has been rejected. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
