Heard. 2. The petitioners have filed a revision challenging the cancellation of patta. The revision was posted for hearing on 22.04.2025. In the meantime, the petitioners, who have sown wheat crop on the land in question, are not being permitted to harvest the same. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has written instructions to the effect that the revenue officials have not restrained the petitioner from harvesting the wheat. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner should seek such relief as permissible in law in the pending revision and not before this Court.
