Perusal of the application indicates that delay of 155 days in filing accompanying appeal appear to be bona fide, unintentional and genuine. The operation of execution of Impugned Order dated 04.09.2023, passed by Learned District Judge, Bilaspur, in Arbitration Case No.81 of 2018 and Impugned Award dated 05.09.2017, passed by the Learned Arbitrator-cum-Divisional Commissioner, Mandi, shall remain stayed.
