No one is present for the petitioner while learned AGA for the State is available. 2. Perusal of the record would reveal that on earlier occasions i.e. on 12.4.2024 and 19.4.2024 the petitioner was not represented. 3. Learned AGA has produced written instructions submitted by Police Station Asandara, District Barabanki. 4. A perusal of this communication would reveal that the alleged detenue who is aged about 19 years was presented before the Magistrate for the purpose of recording of her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she stated to be in relationship with one Akash Pandey and on the basis of her statement and considering her majority she has been given in the custody of Akash Pandey . 5. Having regard to the fact that nobody is present for the petitioner and an order of a competent court with regard tot he custody of the alleged detenue has already been passed, the instant petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
