Colney, learned counsel on behalf of the respondent Corporation submits today that the departmental proceedings have since been concluded and is pending only for the orders on the said Inquiry to be generated by the Disciplinary Authority. She prays that the matter perhaps can be closed by allowing the respondent Corporation 4(four) weeks’ time to pass the requisite orders. 2. Mr. R. Kharkrang, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is has been over a year that the departmental proceedings have been concluded and the Disciplinary Authority is yet to pass any orders. 3. In consideration thereof, and on the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the respondents No. 1-3, it is directed that the Disciplinary Authority, shall pass appropriate orders within 3(three) weeks from the date a copy of this order is served upon the said respondents. 4.
