Learned Standing Counsel says that there was a drain, which was blocked and only that blockage has been removed, nothing else. 4. We see no reason to interfere in the matter any further. If the petitioner is aggrieved any further, he may initiate proceedings before the Court concerned or to approach the authorities, as the case may be. 5. The writ petition is disposed of. .
