The short grievance projected by the petitioner in the present petition is that he applied for issuance of 8Chemical Safety Certificate9 to respondent No. 1 – Sub- Divisional Magistrate Bijbehara, Anantnag, which has suffered inordinate delay. Mr. Yavar Ramzan, learned counsel for the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer to direct respondent No. 1 to dispose of said application within a timeframe. His statement is taken on record. In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1, that he shall consider and decide the application stated to have been preferred for the issuance of 8Chemical Safety Certificate9 within a period of two weeks, from the date copy of this order, along with annexures are provided to him.
