Learned State counsel submits that as per order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 02.12.2024 interim relief had been granted to the petitioner with the condition that petitioner would submit/handover the amount of Rs.36,500/- to the respondent/complainant alongwith interest accrued thereon as promised to the respondent and accordingly as an interim measure, no coercive measure shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned FIR. 5. Learned State counsel makes a submission that the said order of the Court is not being complied with. 6. Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution as well as for non compliance of the Court’s order.
