Also heard Mr. K Page No.# 2/2 K Parasar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner, namely, Alok Das has prayed for grant of pre-arrest bail in respect of Lanka P.S. Case No. 101/2025 (corresponding to G.R. Case No.535/2025). 3. It may be stated that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 28.05.2025, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has already been recorded. 4. Mr. Parasar has submitted that police has filed charge sheet yesterday being CS No.111/2025 dated 26.06.2025 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on 15th July, 2025. On his appearance, the petitioner Alok Das shall be released on bail of ₹20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Hojai.
