T V S PRABHAKARA RAO 2 The Court made the following Judgment: Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The Second Appeal was filed against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.867 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rajamahendravaram, dated 12.06.2018, confirmed by the judgment of the Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rajamahendravaram in A.S.No.195 of 2018, dated 20.01.2025. 3. As there is no substantial question of law involved in the Second Appeal, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the judgments of the Courts below. Since it is an eviction matter and the appellants/tenants were directed to vacate the suit scheduled properties under the above said judgments and decrees of the Courts below. The appellants are given a final opportunity to vacate the suit scheduled premises strictly within a period of four (04) months from today. The aggrieved rent shall be continued to pay periodically without any fail and the arrears if any shall be cleared within a period of two (02) months from today. 4. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants are constructing the new commercial building near the suit scheduled property and they are interested to move out soon after completion of the same. 3 5. In view of the same, the appellants are directed to vacate the suit scheduled prosperities within a period of four (04) months from today and they shall not seek any further time for extension. 6. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE B.
