Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct learned Judicial Magistrate- IInd, Gonda to decide the Complaint Case No. 1694 of 2024 (Mahima Dudeja Vs. Smt. Usha Dudeja and others) under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005, expeditiously within stipulated period of time. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2024. He submits that ends of justice would be subserved, if the trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforementioned complaint case within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court is hereby directed to decide the aforementioned Complaint Case No. 1694 of 2024 expeditiously, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, instant application stands disposed of accordingly.
