Perusal of the record of the writ petition reveals that the petitioners/applicants herein have specifically averred that they have been engaged as Daily Rated Workers in the year 1987. Having regard to the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, the application in hand is allowed and in para 2, line 3 the year 1987 be read instead of 1997. Application is accordingly disposed of. This order shall be placed on record file of WP(C) No.2173/2020 by the Registry and shall be deemed to be part of the order dated 11.04.2025.
