Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. The present petition has been filed alleging that against the proceedings initiated by the respondents, the petitioners have approached the DRT by filing S.A. under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act. 4. It is argued that the interim relief application was pressed, however, the Tribunal has stated that on account of pendency of around 7800 cases, the date was fixed for disposal of the interim application on 27th June, 2025. 5. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the one hand, his interim application is not being decided and on the other hand, the respondents are intending to take coercive possession from the petitioners. 6. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of directing the Tribunal to decide the interim application positively on or before 27.06.2025. 7. Till the disposal of the said application, the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the possession. 8. It is further clarified that the petitioners will not create any third party rights.
