The record reveals that Criminal Case No.1616 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No.0663 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 & 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act is pending before the Court of Additional Judge (Junior Division), Domestic Violence (Women), Court Jaunpur. 3. In such view of the fact, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed with liberty to the applicants to file fresh application before the principal seat of Allahabad High Court.
