Issue of direction to opposite party that is Court- Learned Naib Tehsildar (Judicial) Tahsil- Nawabganj, District - Barabanki to the Case No 6523/2022 in decide pending application of Dated 20/03/2023 that is (Kalawati Versus Munni Devi) is pending before Court- Learned Naib Tehsildar (Judicial) Tahsil-Nawabganj, District -Barabanki Expeditiously within stipulated time. is annexed herewith as Annexure No -2 with this petition." On being confronted, after taking note of the various aspects including that Munni Devi expired on 23.02.2022 and she has been impleaded as petitioner through her son namely Ram Pratap, who has filed the objection in the mutation case, learned Counsel for the petitioner says that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified/original copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if she applies for the and submit the copies of same.
