This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 13.2.2025, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0077 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 85, 352, 115(2), 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at Police Station P.G.I., District Lucknow. 3. Opposite party no.4 is present in person today in Court in furtherance of order passed by this Court earlier. She has refused for mediation. 4. In the given circumstances, draft of Rs.30,000/- produced by the petitioner is returned to learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate court in accordance with law. 6. With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. .
