Heard Shri Saurabh Gautam, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Ms. Aprajita Bansal, learned counsel for the Electricity Corporation. The petitioner challenges a notice by the S.D.O., Khargapur, Lucknow demanding Rs.347269 and odd as electricity dues. Learned counsel for the petitioner was unable to put forth any ground much less an acceptable one which may be the basis for challenging the same and which could persuade us to interfere in the matter. On a perusal of the writ petition we find that petitioner wants a correction of the electricity Bill but which bill he wants to be got corrected is not clear. Nevertheless, if he is raising billing a dispute let him move an application before the opposite party no. 3 in terms of Para 6.5 which of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005 which shall be looked into and a decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks on submission of such application.
