This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to avail protection to the petitioners and their family members, from the respondent no.4 and his family members, as they are continuously making pressure upon the petitioner no. 1 to get over all relations with petitioner no. 2 and also threatening for life of petitioners knowingly that petitioners are major and married with each other with free and sweet will and living their peaceful marital life. 4. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that in this case, FIR has been lodged and he wants to challenge the same as such he prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh. 5.
