It is also submitted 2. that the respondents have not acted on the representation. The petitioners apprehend that they may be subjected to illegal confinement or any other illegal activity that could disturb the conduct of the election in a fair manner. The learned Government Pleader for the Home submits that no 3. such representation has been received by the respondents, and that the representation, which the petitioners claims to have submitted, was sent by registered post, which has yet to be received by the respondents. It is further submitted that the petitioners would have to submit a proper representation, along with their Aadhaar cards, to the 2"'^ respondent, and provide details of the MPTCs traveling in a bus or car, including the registration number of the vehicle they intend to travel in. The representation shall also be endorsed by all the Mandal Praja Parishads, on whose behalf the representation is made and upon receiving such representation, the 4*'' respondent shall provide the protection as desired by the petitioners, with police protection to participate in the election which is scheduled to be conducted on 27.03.2025 to the post of President, Vice-President and Co-opted Members of Mandal Praja Parishad of Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 3 5.
