The petitioner alleges illegalities in assignment of development work by the Gram Pradhan of Gaon Sabha and has made some complaint to the District Magistrate, but, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State says that the complaint is not in accordance with U.P Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up-Pradhans and Members) Inquiry Rules, 1997.
