This application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Page No.# 2/2 Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in respect of PRC Case No.182/2021, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karbi Anglong. 3. The petitioner Abdul Barik was appearing before the Court below in PRC Case No.182/2021. On some occasions, he did not appear before the Court, therefore the Trial Court directed issue of non-bailable warrant of arrest and P&A against him. 4. The petitioner has shown good cause for his absence before the Trial Court. 5. Therefore, the impugned orders directing issue of non-bailable warrant of arrest and P&A against the present petitioner Abdul Barik are set aside. 6. The warrant of arrest and P&A, if issued shall be recalled. 7. He shall be allowed to remain on previous bail, if he is already on bail, if he is not already on bail, then the Court shall allow him to go on fresh bail of Rs.20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karbi Anglong. 8.
