Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arraigned as A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.38 of 2025 of Uravakonda Police Station, Anantapuramu District, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 409 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3. It is alleged in the complaint that the petitioners have defaulted in paying the amounts to the 2nd respondent towards the purchase of Bengalgram. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is purely civil transaction, the 2ndrespondent is aware of the market situation, and the petitioners are not at flight risk. 5. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Station House Officer, Uravakonda Police Station, Anantapuramu District, is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2025 without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners, subject to the petitioners -3- cooperating with the investigation. This would not preclude the investigation officer to file charge sheet or final report after completion of investigation. 6. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off. 7.
