The 'Prabhu Ishu Masih Lok Jan Seva' is a trust of which the petitioner is a trustee. It is alleged that it wants to organise certain functions and gatherings. 3. The relief clause is absolutely nebulous and omnibus as it does not refer to the places where the functions and gatherings are to be organised nor the nature of the functions and gatherings. 3. Nevertheless, it appears that some religious congregations are proposed to be organized but, by the trust, which is not the petitioner before us. We fail to understand as to how the petitioner even if he is a trustee can file this petition in his own name if the function is to be organized by the trust, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter but leave it open for the trust to seek such relief as may be permissible in law. 4.
