Applicant- Aamir Khan, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No. 131 of 2024, under Sections 307 of IPC and Section 25/4 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Prem Nagar, District Dehradun, has sought his release on bail. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is interpolation in the dates of the Supplementary medical report; there is no report claiming that the injury is dangerous to the life of the injured; he is languishing in jail since 26.06.2024 and the applicant is 29 years of age and in case he is detained in jail for a long period, his entire career will be ruined. 6. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion as to the final merits of the case, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves bail at this stage. 2025:UHC:3540 7. Accordingly the bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of like amount, to the satisfaction of Court concerned.
