Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in the order dated 13.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4665 of 2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police weekly once (i.e., on Monday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
