Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has filed affidavit of compliance duly sworn by Mr. Ajay Chauhan, Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary, Public Work Department, U.P., Civil Secretariat, Lucknow, which is taken on record. Sri Bajpai submits that the decision has already been taken by the respondent on 09.05.2025 in compliance of directions of the writ Court. 2. Considering the contents of the order of the writ Court as well as the order passed dated 09.05.2025, it is evident that the order of the writ Court has already been complied with. Therefore, the contempt application is dismissed. 3. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved with the order passed by the respondent.
