Heard. 2. The petitioner wants consideration of his application, which is allegedly referrable to Section 8 of the U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 followed by consequential action under Section 9(5) of the U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, however, learned Standing Counsel states that the application of the petitioner is not according to the prescribed proforma, which is a form mentioned in Schedule I of the U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021. 3. The petitioner may, if he so chooses, submit the aforesaid form or such other forms, as may be required as per the U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 and Rules, if any, made thereunder, at the earliest, whereupon the same shall be processed by the competent authority and a decision be taken within a time, as prescribed under the U.P.
