Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation has handed over a copy of office order dated 23.06.2025 office of Managing Director, HRTC Shimla, the relevant portion whereof, reads as under:- “Now therefore, after considering the factual matrix in this case along with relevant rules and judicial precedence, it can be concluded that the case of the petitioner fulfills all requisites criteria for grant of pensioner and other retiral benefits. The Finance and Pension branch of the Corporation is directed do the needful in terms of release of such benefits to the petitioner at the earliest.” 2 2. In the light of the fact that the Corporation has now passed the order, which has been quoted hereinabove, these proceeding are closed with the observation that now whatever is due to the petitioner in terms of the said order be released in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today.
