During the course of hearing of this writ petition, learned Standing Counsel for the Central Government appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 has placed written instructions, dated 08.04.2026 sent by Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, Bureau of Immigration (BOI), Hyderabad, wherein, it is categorically stated that there is no LOC against the petitioners. 3. The written instructions dated 08.04.2026 are placed on record. 4. In view of the fact that there is no LOC pending against the petitioners as per the respondents, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
