THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6335 WP No. 1052 of 2025 CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The petitioner appears to be Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (for short, ‘the MSME’) which is into establishing the Warehouse and Logistics and submitted an application in Proforma, as prescribed under the Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2002, for allotment of industrial plot for the purpose of establishment of an industry, which was accepted by District Level Single Window Clearance Committee (DLSWSCC), after evaluating the project and recommending the allotment of 0.25 Acre plot at ITIR, Devanahalli General Industrial Area, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. 2. The petitioner further asserts that the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.18,45,000/- towards initial deposit. 3. The petitioner’s grievance is that the said application has not been considered as of today, despite - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:6335 WP No. 1052 of 2025 the project having been approved by the District Industries Centre, (DLSWSCC), Bangalore Rural District. 4. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submits that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, if reasonable time is granted. 5. Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 22.03.2024 vide Annexure-D1, in furtherance of the approval order dated 11.03.2024 issued by the District Industries Centre, (DLSWSCC), Bangalore Rural District vide Annexure-C, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
