The record reveals that by virtue of an Order/ judgment dated 16th September, 2025, the respondents were directed to expeditiously reconsider the record available with them concerning the character and antecedents of the petitioner. 02. In terms of the aforesaid Order/judgment, it was specifically provided that due regard shall be given to the reports/communications already made in respect of the character verification of the petitioner, as referred to in the said order. The respondents were further directed to rectify the record accordingly and to file compliance report before the Registry of this Court within a period of eight weeks. With these directions, the writ petition was accordingly disposed of. 03. The respondents have now filed the compliance report, copy whereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who wants to work out the appropriate remedy under law. 04.
