The application-cum-representation of the petitioner was in respect to conducting the survey sketch and podi. 2. In response to the allegation that the application of the petitioner has not received consideration, compliance affidavit is filed by the respondent in this contempt proceedings annexed therewith. An endorsement dated 12.02.2025 passed by the Tahsildar, Holenarasipura Taluk, in which it is stated in respect of the application of the petitioner that the Special Land - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16515-DB CCC No. 34 of 2025 Acquisition Officer, Hemavathi Reservoir Project, Hassan, is to verify the genuineness of the claim of the petitioner and to submit the report immediately. After receiving the report, action will be taken. 3. It could be said that the application of the petitioner received consideration and the respondents have conducted themselves towards the prayer of the application of the petitioner. It marks compliance of the direction. 4. The Contempt Petition does not survive. It is required to be disposed of. 5. Petition is dismissed accordingly as not surviving.
