Heard. In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with. The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS, Directing to Respondent No-3, to record the execution of lease-deed along-with term and condition in right column of revenue record (Khatauni) as provided under law in under section 95 (1) (2) U.P. Revenue Code 2006, of Plot No. 276, situated in village-Bendupara, Tehsil- Lambhuwa, District- Sultanpur." Sri Hemant Kumar Pandey, learned State Counsel, based upon the instructions says that application in issue, has been registered and the same shall be decided most expeditiously, as per law and as such the present petition do not require any adjudication. The aforesaid has not been opposed. Accordingly, consigned to record with observation that the application in issue, shall be decided most expeditiously as per law.
