This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 04.01.2025 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 96, 137 ( 2 ) and 3(5) of BNS and sections 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Schedule Tribes Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that is this appellant along with other co-accused persons kidnapped minor sister of informant, and thereafter this appellant is alleged to have forcibly solemnized marriage with the victim. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and other Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.508 of 2025(4) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 circumstances of case , and I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
