ORDER 12.11.2025 The petitioners, by virtue of this petition, seek enforcement of an order dated 01.12.2018, passed by this Court in OWP No. 2249/2018, vide which, respondents, particularly respondent No. 2, was directed to consider and decide the case of petitioners for their registration as migrants and grant the benefits as are available to migrants, in light of averments made in petition, annexures appended thereto and scheme(s) governing the field. Statement of facts stands filed on behalf of respondents, perusal whereof reveals that claim of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid order dated 01.12.2018, came to be considered and was found meritless, hence rejected. Since the order passed by this Court stands complied with, the present petition does not survive and is dismissed as such.
