Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a direction to direct to the opposite party nos.1 & 2 to decide the representations 14.02.2025 andtaking cognizance of the illegal encroachment of the land Gata No. 233 measuring area 0.0810 hectare is registered in the name of School and Gata No. 438min measuring area 0.1210 hectare is registered in the name of the Gram Panchayat Secretariat and Gata Nos. 84 & 85 is the land in the account of manure pit and barn, which is recorded in the revenue records and is situated in village- Beuda Manjha, Pargana-Diksir, Tehsil-Tarabganj, District- Gonda, which has been illegally encroached and occupied by the opposite party no.3/Village Pradhan and some of his associates with a domineering attitude, contained as Annexure Nos. 1 & 2, within stipulated time." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that a Committee has been constituted for identifying the illegal constructions and thereafter the steps shall be taken for filing an application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code for their removal. 4. In view thereof, no further directions is required. It is expected that the steps as undertaken shall be taken and completed expeditiously and in accordance with law. 5. The writ petition is disposed off in the above terms.
