Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, D.A.G. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Sessions Trial No.37 of 2022, arising out of FIR No.71 of 2021, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 477-A, 120-B IPC and Section 13(1)(c)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station New Tehri, District Tehri Garhwal. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.2305 of 2023, was rejected on 09.04.2024. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, has already been 2 granted bail by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and co-accused have already been granted bail by this Court. 5. Learned State Counsel admits this fact. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
