CM(8358/2025) IN WP(C) 1140/2025 Bharti Tickoo ...Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s)
Through: - Ms. Asifa Rashid Padder, Advocate.
V/s Union Territory of J&K and Ors. … Respondent(s) Through:- None. CORAM:
HON’BLE MR JUSTICE M. A. CHOWDHARY, JUDGE.
(ORDER) 21.04.2026
CM No. 8358/2025:-
01. An office note diarised as CM has been presented by the learned Registrar Judicial, recording therein that vide order dated 11th of November, 2025, this Court had allowed the withdrawal application bearing CM No. 7325/2025 dismissing the main petition, bearing WP(C) No. 1140/2025 as withdrawn along with connect CM(s), however, in the said order instead of CM No. 7325/2025, CM No. 2628/2025 has been reflected.
02. Perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner had moved CM No. 7325/2025 seeking withdrawal of WP(C) No. 1140/2025. Hence, the order dated 11th of November, 2025 is ordered to be corrected in view of the error crept in the matter and CM No. 7325/2025 instead of CM No. 2628/2025, shall be treated to have been allowed seeking withdrawal of WP(C) No. 1140/2025.
03. This order shall be read in continuation and be treated as part of order dated 11th of November, 2025, passed in WP(C) No. 1140/2025.
04. Application is, thus, disposed of.
