At the outset, Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to law, if occasion arises in future, on the ground that the trial is at an advanced stage as the charges have already been framed and the matter has been listed for recording of evidence on 19.09.2025. 4.
