The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.08.2018 whereby, the suit was decreed as well as the order dated 16.02.2021 whereby, the revision was dismissed. 3. A perusal of both the orders impugned reveal that findings of fact have been recorded by both the courts below after appreciation of evidence. No material exits to interfere with the said finding. 4.
