The petitioner has some dispute with the private opposite parties herein pertaining to land in question. These are not matters to be seen by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If the petitioner has any grievance against official opposite parties he can approach the higher authorities apprising them about his grievance which shall be seen or he should seek other remedies as may be prescribed in law, especially as, Shri Shailesh Tiwari, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State has instruction that revenue officials are not interfering in the matter and it is a private dispute between the parties.
