1. Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anant Pratap Singh, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the records. 2. After coming home she told about the incident to her mother. During investigation the statements of the informant and his wife were recorded who supported the F.I.R. allegation. The medico legal examination report of the victim shows no mark of injury or sign of use of force and the hymen was reported to be intact. 4. In the affidavit filed in support of bail application it has been stated that the applicant is a young man aged 20 years, he is innocent, he has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has no criminal history. 5. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the applicant annexing therewith the copies of statements of informant and his wife recorded by the trial court and both of them have been declared to be hostile. 6. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail but he could not dispute the aforesaid aspects of the matter. 7.
