Mr. Maan Singh, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents No.2 to 5. CMP No.16331 of 2025 Under instructions, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the present application be treated only on behalf of applicants No.3, 4 and 5, namely; Dharmender, Ramesh and Ram Chand. Hence, the application, qua applicant Kumari Devi is ordered to be dismissed. By way of the present application, a prayer has been made to discharge respondent No.1, from her legal obligation to act as natural guardian of respondent No.3 to 5, namely; Dharmender, Ramesh and Ram Chand, as now they have attained the age of majority. In order to prove the said fact, the date of birth certificates issued by Principal Government Senior Secondary School Malana, qua applicant Dharmender Ramesh and Ram Chand, have been annexed. In view of the above, the present application is allowed and respondent No.1 is discharged from her legal obligation to act as natural guardian of respondents No.3 to 5 and they are permitted to pursue the lis in their own capacity. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.16332 of 2025 Under instructions, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the present application be treated only on behalf of applicants No.3, 4 and 5, namely; Dharmender, Ramesh and Ram Chand. Hence, the application, qua applicant Kumari Devi is ordered to be dismissed. In view of the no objection made by the learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant, the application is allowed and the amount of compensation, falling in the share of the applicants, Dharmender Ramesh and Ram Chand, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released to them, by remitting the same to their Bank accounts, particulars whereof find mentioned in para 4 of the application.
